High temperature Spray Lubricants
A high temperature spray lubricant is essential to deal with extreme temperatures and in situations where it is easier to apply it in the form of a spray.
OEM Lubricant 127 is a highly active gliding lacquer where the properties of the solid lubricant boron nitride really show an optimum effect.
This high temperature spray lubricant has excellent adhesive properties up to approximately 300°C. At higher temperatures, the binding agent is decomposed, and the remaining solid lubricant provides the lubrication which remains stable in air up to approximately 900°C and stable under protective gas up to approximately 2000°C.
OEM Lubricant 127 is used as a lubricant and an excellent separating agent for many critical processes, including the coating of plastics and metals, machines for processing rubber and plastics, hydraulic presses and pressing tools, and in machines and equipment for the chemical industry. It is used extensively for chain lubrication in annealing furnaces, burning and drying kilns.
During the development of this high temperature spray lubricant, close attention was given to the ecological aspects of performance. The solvent is fully biodegradable and the inorganic solid lubricant is approved for cosmetic applications in accordance with OECD regulations. It is a clean white lubricant, free of silicone and physiologically safe.
