Lubricants for Agriculture and Forestry

Lubricants that are used in agriculture or forestry must be corrosion resistant to contend with all the extremes that climate, local weather, and ground conditions can produce.

All our agricultural and forestry lubricants are resistant to water, mud and acidic soil conditions. Our agricultural lubricants are capable of handling widely fluctuating temperatures like when machinery is running in sub zero temperatures. Forestry applications will include chain saws and cranes for moving logs around. Once again, the lubricants for both forestry and agricultural machinery have to work in extreme conditions and be environmentally friendly.

To ensure environmental friendliness, our lubricants for agriculture and forestry must be rapidly biodegradable in accordance with OECD criteria. Our biodegradable hydraulic oil is used in many sensitive areas such as on the ocean floor where Remotely Operated Vehicles can not contaminate coral reef or other sensitive environments.

OEM Lubricant 43 that are biodegradable hydraulic and gear oils based on synthetic ester. They contain special additives that prevent early resinification, and further improve behaviour at low temperatures.

OEM Lubricant 45 which is suitable for the lubrication of roller and friction bearings on PTO shafts (Power Take Off), and is especially useful on lubrication loss points where surplus grease could get into the soil. Used on a lot of tractors.

OEM Lubricant 44 which is a range of multi purpose greases. In addition to their excellent biodegradability, which is often required in water protection areas, they are very resistant to water and ensure good protection against corrosion.
