Lubricants for the Chipboard and Particleboard Industry

Lubricants for the Chipboard and Particleboard Industry

Lubricants for machinery making particleboard or chipboard must be technically correct as the thought of changing thousands of conveyor pins due to faulty lubrication is a nightmare and cannot be allowed to occur.

Driving chains, conveyor chains, guiding pulleys, belts and rolling rods in converter presses and double belt presses must be perfectly lubricated at all times. The chipboard and particleboard industry don't tolerate stoppages!

Some of our lubricants are environmentally friendly and are approved and specified by a number of particleboard and chipboard manufacturers.

We have OEM approved lubricants for

   Dieffenbacher Kusters
   Hymmen Bison
   Conti Siempelkamp

For example we know your particle board presses can benefit from using

OEM Lubricant 33 as a special grease for heavy duty, high speeds and high temperatures on all sliding and rolling bearings. It is partly synthetic with a service temperature range of -35°C to + 140°C and long relubrication intervals.

OEM Lubricant 35 as an ideal grease for all rolling and sliding bearings in the wet and dry section. It is resistant to hot and cold water, and compatible with NBR, FKM, PTFE and PA 6.6, with a service temperature range of -40°C to +220°C.

OEM Lubricant 37 as an oil for all driving chains, conveyor chains and bending rods, with a service temperature range of -30°C to +250°C. It is non-toxic and non-polymerising, has excellent creeping properties, and is resistant to ageing and oxidation.

We have many other products and we know we can provide the correct lubricants for your chipboard or particleboard machinery from the large range of greases, oils and sprays.
