Lubricants for Corrugating machinery
Using the correct lubricant on your corrugating machinery is essential to achieving the
performance levels now demanded in a modern manufacturing environment.
If possible bearing life must equal roll life in order to minimise stoppages for maintenance.
Corrugating machinery operates in a harsh and demanding working environment with high pressures,
high speeds, and high temperatures. Our lubricants for corrugators are used in many UK manufacturing sites.
We can provide lubricants for the whole corrugating machine so there's no need to look elsewhere.
We've got all the lubricants you need to run your corrugating machinery at maximum efficiency
We can supply you with approved lubricants for the following types of corrugating machinery:
| Agnati | Friese |
| MHI/Mitsubishi | Bobst |
| BHS | Olivini |
| Peters | Massenzana |
| Terdeca | |
We know you can benefit from using
OEM Lubricant 51 grease in the bearings of Corrugating, Press and Pre-heating rolls,
giving extended life between lubrication intervals, with good lubricity at high temperatures
and excellent protection against corrosion. Industry standard
OEM Lubricant 26 oil (or spray) for all sliding parts, shafts, guides and splines,
and on Bobst chains, giving protection and extended service life in a dusty environment.
Approved for use on BHS corrugators
OEM Lubricant 52 oil for the lubrication of knives and rotary disc cutters.
We have many other products, and we know we can provide the correct lubricant for your
corrugating machinery.
