Lubricants for the Electronics Industry
Lubricants are used in the electronics industry for the manufacture of printed circuit boards
of all types and precision bearings for hard disc drives.
Our grease lubricant for solder pump bearings in wave solder machines, solder
pot areas, sigma tunnels, and guideways in reflow ovens gives full performance
in high temperatures and a long service life. The electronics industry needs
safe lubricants and that's what you get from OEM Lubricants products.
The criteria for the lubricant used for hard disc drives in personal computers
and servers is that they must have lubrication that is 100% effective throughout
the life of the unit and have low break away torque and be very quiet.
In similarly critical applications within the electronics industry we know for
example, that you will benefit from using
OEM Lubricant 61 which is a fully synthetic grease designed to withstand
high temperatures and is used for rolling and plain bearings in wet working
machines and solder pumps.
OEM Lubricant 17 which is a grease for use in bearings and slideways in
ovens, up to a temperature of 260°C. It is non-toxic and non-inflammable.
OEM Lubricant 62 which is an efficient lubricating grease for high
temperatures, high loads, and high speeds up to n x dm 1.3 million (min-1.mm)
and is used especially in very small and miniature bearings.
We have many other products, and we know we can provide you with the correct
lubricant for your particular application within the electronics industry
from the large range of OEM lubricants.
