Lubricants used in the Food Industry

Lubricants used on machinery producing food must be completely safe physiologically and recognised as such by the manufacturer, retailer and consumer.

The lubricants for the food industry must also be odourless and tasteless, and meet all the current European regulations, the German Food Act (LMBG), the FDA and USDA-HI.

OEM Lubricant 3 line as a universally applicable oil which is partly synthetic with a temperature range of -10°C to +120°C, and suitable for all friction points like gears, bearings, chains, lifters and spindles. USDA H1 approved for food.

OEM Lubricant 5 line as a fully synthetic grease resistant to hot and cold water as well as steam, with a working temperature range of -30°C to + 200°C and is especially reliable as a lubricant for sliding rails and guiding tracks. USDA H1 approved for the food industry.

OEM Lubricant 21 as a spray which is silicon free and is a fully synthetic lubricating and separating agent, applicable in all sectors of the foodstuff industry. Another food grade lubricant.
