Lubricants for Glass Manufacture

Lubricants for glass manufacturing plants must have a long life as plate glass and hollow glass manufacturing is a continuous process and the lubricants have to be very effective in these extreme conditions.

Glass moulding machines for bottles and polishing and finishing machines for plate glass demand lubricants with a wide temperature range and the ability to evaporate residue free.

All lubricants in glass production must be environmentally friendly as well as having excellent water separating abilities.

OEM Lubricant 34 which is fully synthetic and specially developed for the lubrication of hollow glass moulding machines, with a temperature range of -30°C to +250°C.

OEM Lubricant 36 line which are commonly used in many other applications but which are especially suitable for central circulation lubrication of gears and hot roller bearings.
