You have to use the best lubricants on modern machine tools due to the increasing demands on bearing performance in terms of higher rotational speeds and accuracy.

A modern machine tool spindle must demonstrate extreme accuracy, high rotational speed, quiet and smooth running, minimum friction and controlled rigidity.

Many of our lubricants have been tested by machine tool bearing manufacturers to provide the most favourable running conditions according to the above criteria.

A range of greases are available to meet the different speed requirements and satisfy the shock loads that are experienced at the machine head. Machine tools need lubricants that are rated as the highest speed in the world. And we are!

For example, we know you can benefit from using any of these machine tool lubricants:

OEM Lubricant 13 which is a fully synthetic lubricant, with a service temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. and is suitable especially for spindle and cylindrical roller bearings with bore sizes of the inner ring below d<100mm.

OEM Lubricant 14 which is a grease that is particularly well suited to smaller rolling bearings d < 25mm and very high speed factors up to n x dm 2.2 millions (min-1 . mm) as well as for use at very low temperatures. The highest speed grease in the world.

OEM Lubricant 62 which is efficient for high temperatures, high loads and high speeds up to n x dm 1.3 million (min-1 . mm) and is used in spindles, electric motors, small and miniature bearings.

OEM Lubricant 33 which is for high temperatures, high loads and high speeds up to n x dm < 1 million (min-1 . mm).
