Paper manufacturing machine lubricants
OEM Lubricants Ltd can offer a full range of lubricants for the paper manufacturing industry.
Because paper manufacturing machinery is very expensive, and is run around the clock, it requires lubricants that are capable of sustaining very high performance in extreme conditions for long periods of time.
Central lubrication circulation systems, calendar roll bearings and drives in both the dry and wet end sections have special needs in terms of lubricant. Paper manufacturing involves a lot of water, steam and heat plus aggressive chemicals. Our lubricants can handle all these different problems.
Our lubricants are environmentally friendly, and they are specified and approved by many of the capital equipment manufacturers in the paper industry.
We have OEM approved lubricants for the following paper machinery manufacturers:
| Agnati | MHI |
| BHS | Olivini |
| Friese | Peters |
| Massenzana | Terdeca |
For example, if you have a paper manufacturing line, we know you can benefit from using
OEM Lubricant 75 grease for all bearing types and application ranges up to temperatures of 280°C. A water soluble cold detergent is sufficient to clean the lubricating points.
OEM Lubricant 53 oils with excellent properties for the lubrication of disc-cut cutting systems and rotary cutters.
OEM Lubricant 35 is especially for continuous relubrication of all rolling and sliding bearings in the dry and wet end section, covering a wide temperature range.
We have many other products, and we know we can provide you with the correct lubricant for your paper making machinery.
We look forward to speaking with you.
