Steel and Aluminium process lubricants

Steel and Aluminium foundries use lubricants that are designed to withstand high temperatures, severe vibrations and extreme shocks, as well as consistently high loads. Rolling mills, furnaces and foundries are hostile environments and need to be treated with respect.

Long service intervals are essential in the continuous running of steel and aluminium plants with a very high capital value, where the cost of maintenance is relatively low when compared with the cost of lost production.

OEM Lubricant 64 which is a multi purpose grease suitable for bearings and slides subjected to high loads and exposed to humid atmospheres, in conveyors and cold rolling mills.

OEM Lubricant 66 which is a grease used on low speed, tapered, and spherical roller bearings subject to shock or vibration loads. It is structurally stable and resistant to shearing, and ensures long lubrication intervals with extreme loads and unfavourable ambient conditions.

OEM Lubricant 65 which are non-toxic sliding agents to lubricate and seal valves, sealing elements, slideways and packings in contact with oxygen, such as oxygen lances in steel mills.

OEM Lubricant 67 which is a grease designed for optimum lubrication in the upper speed ranges at high temperatures. It is used for bearings in flue gas and burner fans, and for bearings in electric motors of insulation class F.
