Wind Energy Farm Lubricants

Wind Energy Farm Lubricants

Lubricants for wind energy farms must be environmentally friendly and be able to withstand all weather conditions. The lubricants used in wind energy machines have to be capable of offering excellent corrosion protection and withstanding salt water whether they are situated in the open sea or on land.

Our lubricant for wind energy machinery is non ageing and compatible with non ferrous metals, elastomers NBR and plastic materials such as PA66-GF25.

Wind energy farms are situated in exposed areas such as hill tops and in the sea where extreme weather will test engineering and lubrication to the maximum. Our lubricants are custom designed for these conditions and have already been proven to be capable of surviving all the extreme conditions experienced in wind energy farming.

Long service intervals are required as maintenance in the middle of the sea is not practical. Many OEM products are specifically designed for these conditions.

You will benefit from using lubricants such as:

OEM Lubricants 116 which is designed for bearings under high load and high speed and has a service temperature range from -55 Centigrade up to 140 Centigrade. It is suitable for various bearings such as deep groove and taper rolling bearing types. It also has excellent corrosion protection against seawater. If you need the Data sheet or the Health and Safety sheets, just call us.

We have other products and we know we can provide the correct lubricants for your wind energy machinery from the large OEM Lubricants range.
