Medical White Oils
Medical white oils are highly refined oils that have pharmacopoeia approval and are available from OEM Lubricants Ltd.
Medical grade white oils have pharmacopoeia approval and can be used in all pharmaceutical applications. They are colourless, odourless and tasteless. They are often used in canning and bottling lines and many other industries where they may come into contact with food or beverage. The plastics and polyethylene industry also use them.
In the food industry medical grade white oils get used as dough divider oils, release agents and constituents of both coatings and wrapping papers.
These white oils are safe to ingest in limited quantities. They were often used as a laxative many years ago!
Our BP medical grade white oil is a more highly refined version of the technical white oil and is available in many different sizes and usually available ex stock.
