SPUR AND BEVEL GEARS
OEM Lubricant 21A
OEM Lubricant 21B
OEM Lubricant 21C
(ISO VG 32, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460)
extended oil change intervals and high loads
|
They can be used on all types of gears and couplings filled with oil or fluid grease and all gears that are infinitely
variable and all power or positive locking gears. These oil types are intrinsically viscous synthetic gear lubricants
which are superior to conventional oils in the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings. These oils are particularly
suitable for centralised lubrication systems in paper processing machines and calendars. Application limits are approx.
150°C at a permanent temperature, and 180°C in the case of total loss lubrication. They can be mixed with mineral
oil and they are resistant to ageing. They displace water and are very adhesive. They provide optimum protection against
wear (EP type).
|
OEM Lubricant 128
(ISO VG 100, 150, 220, 320, 460)
high loads and extended oil change intervals
|
These types of oils are EP gear oil containing an additive combination that is very effective against wear. It allows the
smoothing of toothed gear surfaces even if there is some previous damage caused by a conventional gear oil and wear. It has
a metallic-organic component that protects against pitting and fatigue damage. An oxidation resistant base oil combined with
inhibitors allows lifetime lubrication of gears up to 40,000 hours at temperatures up to 80°C.
|
OEM Lubricant 129
(ISO VG 150, 220, 460, 680)
worm gears
|
These lubricants are not mixable with mineral oil and have a very low friction coefficient, which makes them especially
suitable for gears with a high power loss, e.g. worm gears. Fully synthetic gear and circulation oils that are based on
glycol. Owing to their good temperature stability they are also suitable for systems subject to high temperatures, for
example kneader and stirrer gears, calendars, paper machines and melting installations, if these systems are designed
for glycol oil.
|
OEM Lubricant 142
(ISO VG 32)
variators
|
Special gear oil for friction gears mixable with mineral oil. Especially developed for the lifetime lubrication of
positive-locking friction gears. Its special molecule structure increases the traction between the smooth surfaces of
the adjusting gears and ensures a high efficiency, resulting in a low temperature and extended service life. Not suitable
for conventional gears.

OPEN GEARS
OEM Lubricant 133
running in
|
This lubricant is a running in lubricant. It can be a mixture of additives with an abrasive effect and graphite in
mineral oil. The semi fluid consistency allows easy spraying of the running in lubricant. Typically large gear drives
in cement or ball mills, rotary kilns with open girth gear are subject to a running-in process. The duration of the
running in process is recommended by an OEM engineer.
|
OEM Lubricant 137
spray lubrication
|
This type of lubricant is semi-fluid and is easily sprayable. It is an adhesive lubricant containing graphite; it does
not drip off at high temperatures and does not get thrown off at high speeds. It is easy to pump at low temperatures,
resistant to water, effective protection against wear. This lubricant could be used in large drives of cement mills,
rotary kilns with an open girth gear and also for sugar processing plants as well as wire ropes.
|
OEM Lubricant 23
transparent lubricant / manual lubrication
|
This is an adhesive chain and rope lubricant. It is sticky and difficult to rinse off. It has good penetrating
properties and provides very good protection against wear. For chains and ropes used under outdoor conditions
it is ideal. It can also be used for high temperature lubrication without any residues.

|
Fully synthetic gear and circulation oils (glycol basis). These lubricants are not mixable with mineral oil and have a
very low friction coefficient, which makes them especially suitable for gears with a high power loss, e.g. worm gears.
Owing to their good temperature stability they are also suitable for systems subject to high temperatures, for example
kneader and stirrer gears, calendars, paper machines and melting installations, if these systems are designed for glycol

PLASTIC / STEEL COMPONENTS
OEM Lubricant 146
oil
|
Due to its very good protection against wear, especially on plastics and elastomers together with low volatility, this
viscous, transparent oil is suitable for the lifetime lubrication of energy control units (switches of electric and gas
ovens). One lubricant is sufficient for all parts such as fixing cams, cam disks, switching curves, etc., no matter which
material. Easy application due to favourable viscosity.
|
OEM Lubricant 144
(3000 WF, 4000 WF, 6000 WF, 9000 WF, 12500 WF)
silicone oils for high temperatures
|
A series of silicone oils varying in terms of viscosity and viscosity-related properties. Thermally stabilised methyl-phenyl
siloxanes differ totally from other fluids with respect to the organic compound and their lubricating effect. Good viscosity
pressure and temperature behaviour, high compressibility and special behaviour at low and high temperatures result in an ideal
oil for hydraulic and heat transfer units. Good penetration, surface activity and a natural separating effect make them
especially suitable for the lubrication of plastic materials. For hydraulic and heat transfer units and for the lubrication
of plastic/plastic or plastic/metal material combinations.

DENTAL OIL
OEM Lubricant 4B
spray oil for dental equipment
|
Special oil without taste or smell for applications in dental equipment. It is compatible with all conventional seals
and is not rinsed off by water or disinfectant alcohol. It preserves and lubricates the pneumatic drill bits and the small
gears of dental drills. Ideal for spray application after having sterilised the drill bits.

BIODEGRADABLE LUBRICANTS
OEM Lubricant 43
(VG 32, 46, 68, 100, 150)
|
Hydraulic and multi purpose oils based on synthetic esters. They only consist of components that are considered readily
biodegradable according to OECD criteria. In spite of their rapid biodegradability, which is often required in water
protection areas, these oils are suitable for long term applications. Their good water separation behaviour and their
natural anticorrosion and anti oxidation behaviour ensure optimum wear protection and high film strength as well as
reliable operation in hydraulic units and gears of construction machinery and vehicles.
|

HYDRAULIC OIL
OEM Lubricant 151
(ISO VG 10, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100)
lifetime lubrication
|
Hydraulic oils with a structurally stable viscosity-temperature behaviour, reliable corrosion protection and high
resistance to ageing. Selected EP additives provide excellent protection against wear under extreme loads. Good air
and water separating capacity. For all types of hydraulic units and for applications for which hydraulic oils are mandatory.

ENGINE OILS
OEM Lubricant 147
four stroke engines
|
Unique engine oil containing the "3M" additive combination which protects against wear and reduces friction.
"3M" stands for "multi range characteristics" for year-round operation "multi-purpose properties"
for an application in spark ignition and diesel engines, and "fluid micro-smoothening" of asperities under high load without
material loss. It meets the most stringent requirements of the European and international engine manufacturers. For wear free
lubrication of all engines, and with relubrication intervals extended beyond the recommendations.
|
OEM Lubricant 148
two stroke engines
|
This is a type of engine oil for low ash and almost smoke free lubrication of two stroke engines. Permits lowest concentration
of the oil in the fuel, e.g. a mixing ratio of 1:200 instead of 1:50. This oil hardly smells. It can be added to the fuel or
fuel/alcohol mixture in the tank for "self-mixing" lubrication or via an automatic metering unit (set at a low metering quantity!).
For all types of two stroke engines, especially for chain saws, motor boats, lawn mowers and motor scooters. Efficient environmental
protection by way of reduced oil consumption!
