OEM Lubricant 110
low friction, high temperature
(C, WT, WT-fluid, FM, AL)
to +1400°C
High Temperature |
This type of paste is a lubricating paste with a combination of solid lubricants in synthetic carrier oil which evaporate without leaving any residues at high temperature. They prevent corrosion and burning-in, ensure easy breakaway movements, have only a minor impact on the tightening torque in spite of their low friction coefficient and are easy to apply. For screw type connections, low speed bearings, cam disks, spindles, return rollers, large link plates; prevents fretting (tribo) corrosion; suitable as a separating and lubricating agent for forging and hot moulding operations. |
OEM Lubricant 27
protection against fretting corrosion
-35°C to +170°C
Chemical resistant |
Non contaminating assembly paste with good adhesion on metallic surfaces. Resistant to water, steam and chemicals. Protects against corrosion also at high temperatures. Good EP properties. For the assembly of interference and transition fits, bolts, profile and dovetail guides, spline shafts and slideways. Effective against fretting corrosion and prevents tribo corrosion. |
OEM Lubricant 149
protection against fretting corrosion
-35°C to +150°C |
White complex soap grease with a high content of white solid lubricants. Suitable for protecting bearings against water and chemicals, and for reliably preventing fretting and tribo corrosion. For low speed rolling and plain bearings, especially in a humid environment, for lathe chucks, and as an assembly paste for clean assembly works. |
OEM Lubricant 8A, 8B, 8C
transparent silicone paste
Steam Resistant |
Water and steam resistant transparent pastes for the lubrication of sealing elements such as glass taps in the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. High dielectric strength prevents voltage arcing in insulators and switches. Remains soft at low temperatures and prevents freezing of door seals in aerial cable cars and rail vehicles. Also prevents wear in plastic parts of household appliances and telephone equipment. |
